A global property management company with offices based in South Manchester, who is a world leader in its field, is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join its busy accounts team.
This is an excellent role for someone who has already built up extensive experience as a Management Accountant and who is ACCA/CIMA Qualified or in their final stages, who is looking for career progression and further opportunity within Property Management.

Your duties will include:

- Preparation of monthly Management Accounts and reporting
- Monthly and quarterly statistical analysis of sales, gross profit, overheads and KPI’s
- Production and raw material forecasts, standard costing for products
- Preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Analysis of contracting installation division results by individual job, including percentage completion revenue recognition.
- Review and design procedures, controls and reporting for new sales divisions/branches
- Foreign exchange analysis.
- Assist with international projects
- Assist in implementation of ERP systems

You will have:

- You must have experience of working within the Property Management Sector
- Advanced level excel skill essential (pivot tables, look ups, manipulating and analysing data)
- SAP and Reporting experience or similar essential.
- Experience of preparing monthly management accounts and detailed variance analysis/investigation of the results for all levels of management.
