I would firstly like to say a huge thank you to Bridget Newton for all the help and support she has given me and for making things so uncomplicated. Recruiting sales executives for a company who have only ever used newspaper advertising to attract staff I knew I would have my work cut out convincing them to try something new. Hi Fiona, Many thanks for your help with setting us up and finding the candidates we need. After much fruitless interviewing from newspaper advertisements it seems that after a week with you we have found the right person for the job. All consultants have access and we find it as easy to use as our own website! The site overall is great for candidates to use and with the new advert being shown on our local TV station Granada increasing candidate attraction and flow. We have found the response to be excellent and the calibre of candidates coming through are better than some of the larger UK websites.
