Over 1500 staff provided services to the public and private sectors, as well as the consumer. We have a nationwide network of up to 80 branches, a Debt Recovery Call Centre and Head Offices based in Manchester and Salford Quays.
The core business has stemmed from the branch network throughout the UK offering personal unsecured loans, and a home credit collection service. In addition the branches offer a number of services such as cheque cashing, Christmas Hampers and a home debt collection service on behalf of third party clients such as utilities, phone and catalogue companies.

About Robinson Way
Robinson Way is the Debt Collection division of London Scottish Bank. We currently collect debt on behalf of 200 clients ranging from High Street Banks, Utility Companies, Mobile Phone Companies and many more. The primary collection method is through the Telephone Negotiators in our Collections Centre and Correspondence Operation. We are always on the lookout for highly motivated people who can add to our already successful and friendly teams.
