We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-established accounts department, based in the vibrant City Centre of Liverpool. This role offers a genuine opportunity for you to develop your purchase ledger skills in a supportive, professional environment.
Duties will include:
- Matching, Coding and Batching invoices and adding them to the ledger
- Liasing with suppliers to resolve any queries and requesting copy invoices
- Raising payments before seeking authorisation and producing remittance advices.
- Reconciliation of supplier invoices.
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess strong attention to detail.
- Have a strong team focus.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Be able to work on their own initiative.
Hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
In return my client are offering a competitive salary of £14,000 to £16,000 plus excellent benefits.
