There is a small, friendly, successful team with a Branch Manager who is home grown and been with the company in excess of five years.
About you
The successful candidate would be expected to focus on providing a quality recruitment service ensuring that business won, is well nurtured and developed steadily. Ensuring that the excellent reputation within the area is maintained and that the client continues to get many referrals both on Candidate and Client side.
You will need a positive approach be consistent, task orientated and able to pay attention to detail. Excellent relationship building skills are essential as well as the ability to build new business from scratch.
The ideal candidate will already be an accomplished permanent Recruitment Consultant who is looking to work for an independent recruitment agency with a realistic approach to developing strong, long-term business relationships and stability in their role.
