Highly regarded Southport based law firm have a good opportunity for an experienced ILEX qualified Credit Hire Team Leader to join their dedicated Credit Hire team.
Managing your own caseload of Credit Hire claims from start to finish, you will also manage a medium sized based team of fee earners and paralegals, based within the Civil Litigation department. You will be involved in all aspects of team management, including target setting, appraisals, recruitment, work flow monitoring and technical support for the team.
It is essential that you are ILEX qualified and possess a solid Credit Hire history, and it is highly advantageous if you have previous team leader/management experience.
You will enjoy a friendly, flexible working environment coupled with fantastic opportunities and a great basic salary of up to £40k.
In addition, you will receive performance related bonus and up to 25 days holiday.
