Is one of the fastest growing recruitment agencies in the UK with ambitious plans for the future. They have a loyal client and candidate base that keeps expanding by delivering and exceeding expectations. Currently have in excess of 250 staff with expected turnover of £100m for 2008.
The Role
Would suit an industrial recruitment consultant who is looking to take that next step in their career. You will be managing a new project initially from one of their existing branches developing new business in one of the following areas;
*Wigan
*Bolton
*Skelmersdale
*Rochdale
*Bradford
The main focus of the role is to develop existing business through sales and site visits. Running your own desk whilst delivering exceptional service levels to existing clients, maximising profit and generating new business from a wide range of satisfied clients! View to opening new branch 3-4 months depending on level of business generated.
The Successful Candidate
*Will have at least 2-3 years industrial recruitment experience, ideally experience of one of the locations above
*Strong business development skills and maintaining all new relationships.
*Be looking to take that next step managing a project and eventually a busy branch
*High level of self motivation with determination to succeed
*Strong presentation skills
*Car Driver Essential
