To work as part of a team dealing with all aspects of corporate recovery. There will be a significant exposure to business review work for banks, asset based lenders and pension scheme trustees. This will involve work from review of short term cashforecasts through to full written reports dealing with the current financial position of the business and its future prospects and plans. The role will also involve carrying out all aspects of insolvency appointments with minimum supervision, in some cases from the initial appointment with directors through to completion. These duties will include
attending the initial meetings with directors, assisting in asset realisation strategies, statutory compliance, diary maintenance and bank reconciliations as well as supervising junior members of the team. Experience in corporate recovery and insolvency is necessary with good relevant technical and legislative knowledge.
Hours - 9.00am - 5.30pm
Lunch - 1 hour
Holidays - 23 days + stats
