This is a great opportunity for a sales person to get into recruitment. They will be joining a successful branch and will be working within the industrial division, with an extremely experienced team with over 40 years experience between them.
This is a sales role, it will be prodominantly calling existing, lapsed and potential new clients to grow the desk. This will involve both telesales as well as presentation skills, through face to face sales. Maintain existing business by ensuring alladministrative systems and database records. Support the senior consultants with filling of bookings etc. To learn all aspects of the recruitment process - interviewing/registering, through to accountmanagement and sales. Managing incoming bookings and client expectations on turnaround. Answer telephone enquiries involving liasing with all levels of customers / candidates. Maintain and update all computerised systems, recording full details. Plan workloads to ensure effective use of time. Act as a point of contact for candidates and clients as and when required.
Hours - 7.5 hours a day between 8.00am and 6.00pm
Lunch - 1 hour
Holidays - 21 days + stats
