In this role you will be operating as a fee earner in your market and will be responsible for establishing your name, promoting the company brand and representing the business to reinforce its reputation for quality and service. Duties will include to understand and plan how to generate short-term wins and long-term business from your key and target clients, to understand your market and where to generate candidates to support it to ensure you maintain appropriate candidate stock levels, to work with your manager to set short and medium term objectives for your activities, to organise your time and prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity plans for achievement of revenue targets in line with company standards and Key Performance Indicators, to regularly review progress with your manager and plan accordingly to ensure achievement of your objectives and business strategy, to achieve your monthly and quarterly financial targets and ensure that the business you place meets company quality standards, to execute the strategy and marketing plan for your clients to generate a flow of jobs through telesales, mailshots, e-shots, client visits and testimonials and to develop close, long-term relationships with key contacts in 'Company friendly' client organisations and manage vacancies by controlling client expectations and administrative processes.
This candidate must have a background in recruitment or sales.
Hours: 9 - 5 Mon - Fri.
Lunch: 1 Hour.
Holidays: 23 days plus statutory holidays.
