We currently have an exciting opportunity, for an enthusiastic facilities assistant, to join a professional organisation in Liverpool.
Reporting into the facilities manager, your duties will include:
- Dealing with contractors and suppliers to arrange maintenance for the building
- General maintenance work, eg changing light bulbs and assembling desks
- Running on and off site errands as requested
- Sorting and distribution internal post
- Setting up meeting rooms for staff
- Ordering stationary, faxing and filing documents
- Responding to all facilities helpdesk requests
- Managing a database, entering jobs onto the system
To apply for this superb role, you should have some experience within either a facilities or maintenance environment, excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi task and work unsupervised. You must also possess PC experience within the work place.
35 hour week, shift pattern between 8am-6pm, 7.5 hour days Mon - Fri. Apply now for immediate interview!
