Due to high expansion within the financial sector, my client who are a leading player in the financial management industry are recruiting for professional and career driven customer service applicants to join their Operations department in their modern offices in Salford Quays.

They are looking for passionate customer service ad visors to join their company. You will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from prospect and existing customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the calls are dealt with effectively and efficiently on behalf of the company, collating information in regards to completing a financial overview and discussing a range of financial products, including bank accounts, loans, mortgages and IVA's with a view to meeting the customers requirement which will then be to pass them through to the relevant sales advisor.
We are seeking applicants who have gained experience working within customer services, inbound sales role, which have been telephone based. Applicants must be used to working within a busy role, used to dealing with up to 45-50 calls per day. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build a positive and professional rapport with the clients as well as other internal departments.
This role is ideal for applicants who have an interest in building a career with a highly reputable financial organisation.
