If you love delivering great service, this is a chance to put yourself in the spotlight. As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for Barclays customers, so your ability to deliver a professional, personal, high quality and seamless telephone banking service is key. Working both reactively and proactively, you’ll investigate customer needs before identifying relevant products and services that meet them. We’ll look to you to deal with enquiries from start to finish, resolving any issues where necessary.
About you
With proven ability to work to sales targets, you’ll bring excellent communication and questioning skills along with a flair for spotting and optimising new sales opportunities. We want to make sure every customer gets the most out of Barclays so our Sales Advisors must be able to listen, explain, react and take action to meet and exceed their expectations. You should also bring a flexible approach and a willingness to work weekends on a rota basis. We have both full time early and full time late shifts available working 35 hours per week.
