Recruitment Consultant
My client are a city centre based recruitment company who provide social care staff to a variety of organisations. My client are currently recruiting an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take over an established perms desk.
The role will involve promoting recruitment services to new and existing clients and helping to develop the business further. You will be interviewing and matching candidates for permanent vacancies using your honed communication skills to the full.
The successful Recruitment consultant will have an excellent track record in recruitment, particularly in social care, combined with a great personality. You will be an excellent communicator, have the ability to build rapport quickly and thrive in a target driven sales environment. You will also have all the motivation and enthusiasm to forge a successful career in recruitment.
Hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. In exchange my client are offering a competitive salary of £16k to £22k plus commission.
