We are looking for call centre staff to work on a full time basis at our busy offices in Fulwood. This evening shift will be between 2pm and 12am, on a 40 hour per week basis.
You will be handling calls from policy holders who are looking to claim. These claims will be concerning houeshold problems and maintenance. We are looking for empathetic people to deal with customers who are in sometimes stressful circumstances. You will be required to identify the problem they are facing, decide upon the best course of action and ensuring that all work done meets the customers expectations.
As you will be working into the evening, the company offer shift allowance of upto 30% dependent on the hours worked. You will also have access to a subsidised cafeteria, internet cafe and many other benefits.
