Venn Group have been approached by a manufacturing organisation to recruit for the vacancy of a purchase ledger clerk.
General tasks include:
• Matching, batching and coding high volume invoices using a bespoke package
• Responsible for bank and statement reconciliations
• Processing BACS and CHAPS payments
• Handling supplier account queries
• Various accounts administration duties as designated by line manager
The candidate will be expected to have previous purchase ledger experience, a sound knowledge of Excel, and be available immediately.
