The Company
Robinson Way Collections are a successful Debt Collection Agency who collect debt on behalf of a large number of companies ranging from High Street Banks, Utility Companies, Mobile Phone Companies and many more…… we’re always on the lookout for highly motivated people who can add to our already successful and friendly teams.
The Role
Working on a predictive dialer dealing with high volume inbound and outbound calls you will talk directly to customers to collect their outstanding debt in a professional manner to ensure that monthly targets are met or exceeded. You will also deal with a variety of disputes and account queries.
The Person
Ideally contact centre experience is desirable with the ability to deal with a high volume of calls, you must be a money motivated individual who strives to exceed personal, team and departmental targets along with a focused, determined and positive outlook
The Salary & Hours
The contact centre is open from 8.00am – 8.30pm, Monday to Friday and from 9am-2pm on Saturday; you will be required to work on a shift rota basis working 35 hours per week.
Basic salary ranges from £14,000 up to £20,000 depending on experience. In addition you will participate in the monthly UNCAPPED bonus scheme in which you will receive additional bonus for hitting your collection target.
