You will have ultimate responsibility for a team of Technicians. Strong self-motivation, communication at all levels, the ability to organise and structure our highly trained technicians towards achieving daily performance goals, along with the ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment is essential. You will be expected to manage workshop loading, utilisation, efficiency, productivity and quality of workmanship on a day-to-day basis. To succeed in this role, you will need a genuine passion for customer care, a technical background, outstanding listening and communication skills, the ability to lead, development and motivate people Also to be well organised and handle working in a busy but fun environment. This is an ideal opportunity for a current senior technician or an excising workshop controller. Basically deals out the work to the tech, deals with the breakdowns and technical queries from customers.
Hours - 8.00am - 5.00pm and 8.30am - 12.30pm on Saturdays on a rota basis
Lunch - 1 hour
Holidays - 25 days + stats
