Sales Manager - Merseyside - £30k + Bonus.
Large financial services organisation based in Merseyside require a Sales Manager to lead a team of office based telephone sales advisors.
Your duties will be to lead a team to deliver business objectives, coach and develop staff to improve their performance and knowledge of products, implement sales and management strategies, maintain and implement agreed processes, ensure compliance is adhered to and implement staff incentives. You must have experience in sales management within the financial services industry and leading a team. In return you will receive a very rewarding salary and bonus structure.
