Our client is a High Street bank based in Chester. A new role has been created for a customer services adviser.
This role offers you the chance to join a leading name is banking and offers you the chance to progress within the bank.
Duties:
You will be the first point of contact in the bank and your main duties will be to meet and greet customers and offer them assistance and guidance within the bank.
You will establish customer needs and gain commitment for a referral to the most appropriate person or channel, including Mortgage Advisers, Financial Advisers etc.
Ensures personal, customer and branch security is paramount and reports any concerns appropriately
Regularly reviews own performance against targets and actively seeks feedback and takes responsibility for own development
Maintain own personal log of personal development and achievement
Offering a basic salary of £14,000 plus excellent benefits and a bonus scheme.
