Administration responsibilities to include the processing of sales orders, customer payment transactions, stock levels/ accountability, liaising with Head Office and Distribution daily.
• Achieve store sales targets
• KPI analysis (E.G Guardsman, Footstools, Arranging Deliveries, Finance sell downs) to achieve targets given.
• Customer Service Standards
• Merchandising of Displays (Ticketing/ Cleanliness etc)
• Liaising with sales administration/ customer service team and Head Office.
• Manage sales orders effectively (Late Order Reports/ Suggested Order Reports/ Sales Queries etc.)
• Staff appraisals (daily, monthly, quarterly)

In return you will receive OTE £40k+ per annum, Twenty days per year + Lieu days.
