A well established law firm are recruiting for an experienced Litigator to work within their prestigious Manchester branch. The role will involve managing a litigated RTA case load from the initial commencement of court proceedings, through to final hearing, as well as maintaining a diary on a case load of approx 200 files, whilst preparing cases for hearing, with the ability to negotiate settlement of complex RTA Liability and quantum disputes.
To be considered for the role, you must be fully conversant with CPR and Practice Directions, as well as possessing some PI experience which would be an advantage.
The individual will have a flexible approach to the working day, be conscientious and most importantly a team player. Salary will depend upon experience
