Our client is actively seeking a Trainee Fee Earner to join the department. Full on going training will be provided however, it is essential that you have already had previous third party motor claims experience, with a sound knowledge of road traffic liability & legal liability cases.
The role will involve daily involvement with policyholders and brokers, solicitors, credit hire companies, third party insurers and medical agencies.
Assessing liability & negligence, you will also be responsible for dealing with litigation, appointing external agencies, meeting deadlines, reviewing credit hire claims and negotiating reasonable financial settlements with third party representatives. Excellent long term opportunities for the right candidate.
