DIVISIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER / REGIONAL MANAGER
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE POST
To ensure the compliance with all vetting procedures & facilitate the smooth running of the office. Whilst enabling the office to increase CER's business within North Wales through sales and services to schools and temps in partnership with all members of the Division.
COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITIES
To communicate with the Divisional Operations Manager and other members of the Division on any matters relating to schools and teachers.
To co-operate with, work as part of and for the good of the Division.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*To ensure all candidates vetting is completed as per best practise before deployment
*To be responsible for recording bookings from clients
*To be responsible for recording temps availability
*To be responsible for updating all information on schools and teachers including pay/rate charges
*To work in partnership with other members of the branch to maximise income and bonus
*To be responsible for calling schools in a morning to check that temps have arrived
*To be responsible for calling schools at the end of the day to see if the temp is needed again
* To be responsible for - in conjunction with other team members - all service issues with schools and teachers
*To screen ad response and prioritise applicants
*To be responsible for ensuring the effective, efficient and speedy processing of all teachers, within Wales, within the agreed time frames
*To develop the skill to conduct interviews with teachers, nursery nurses and classroom assistants
*To liaise with the key partner in the payroll department
*To report figures and statistics to the Divisional Manager as required
*To act in accordance with the company's Equal Opportunities Policy

DAILY ACTIVITIES include
*All aspects of the vetting process
*Auditing & updating files
*Televetting potential candidates
*All aspects of taking, recording and filling bookings
*Canvassing out teachers
*Recording daily figures
*Putting booking onto the ADAPT data base
*Dealing with enquiries from teachers, including pay problems
*Dealing with enquiries from schools
*Interviewing
*Checking teacher availability
*Verbal referencing
*Monitoring teachers (ring-round)
