Our Client
Offer professional services to a range of mid tier businesses to large plc’s. Since they started in 2001 they have grown rapidly providing resources within HR, HS and Employment Law. They are expanding their HR advisory team and looking for experienced HR professional’s looking to take their next step in their career.
The Role
Is to provide pragmatic, commercially sound advice to clients at all levels within agreed deadlines. This will involve;
• Providing advice to clients via online and telephone support
• Audit HR documents to ensure legal compliance with internal procedures, providing a report documenting changes
• Support current and prospective clients on a consultancy basis which could include TUPE, business reengineering
• Design and deliver training to clients in workshops and bespoke training.
The successful candidate
• Will have at least three years generalist HR experience at Adviser/Officer level
• Ideally be CIPD qualified, although candidates will be considered if they are working towards the qualification
• Car driver is essential as this position will involve travel to various locations.
