Job title SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Main purpose of the role:
Managing a portfolio of clients/agencies by servicing their day to day requirements and pro actively directing/growing their business. This will include management of a small team/person to ensure the above is being delivered.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
To work with your team to deliver effective Out Of Home [OOH] solutions across your portfolio of agencies/clients.
Manage the day to day servicing of your portfolio to ensure all of their needs are met – ultimately delegating responsibility amongst your team
Trouble shooting – should campaign issues arise
Work with the Group Account Director [GAD] in the management of each team member
Ensure they are delivering quality work and are motivated
Lead by example
Appraisals (in conjunction with GAD)
Recruitment (in conjunction with GAD)
Identify new initiatives to develop and grow business within your portfolio (pro activity)
Identify new initiatives that may improve the running of the team/company
Be prepared to get involved in non account work – working parties, POSTAR user group, representatives of the company.
This is not an exhaustive list of duties and this document may be reviewed from time to time
