Full Description:

Our client, one of the UK's leading provider of healthcare cash plans, both for individuals, families, and also companies of all sizes, is currently looking to recruit a motivated candidate to deal with Sales and Retentions.

Working 25 hours per week, from 3pm - 8pm Monday to Friday, candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and lapsed customers, in order to promote the personal plans offered by the company. Many lead will be customers who may have had a policy via their employers in the past but presently do not have a policy.

Candidates will be expected to work to both Sales and Retentions targets, and so should have a track record of working to an exceeding sales based targets in a previous role.

This role will pay an excellent basic salary for a 25 hour per week role, with the potential to earn additional bonus/commission on top, taking the OTE to £18k in your first year.
