Working for a well respected, well known global company, you will be required to account manage a portfolio of accounts to maximise the revenue generated, this will be achieved through retention, expansion, cross sales, and contraction management. You will be the primary contact for all your accounts and respond to queries from existing contacts / accounts. All this activity will be via the telephone, responding to incoming calls / queries and also undertaking an outbound strategy to undertake service calls and renewal calls. You will be dealing directly with the decision-maker in often long and complex negotiations. Sales targets will be linked to activity, retention, expansion and contractions.
