Full Description:
Wilmslow based telecommunications company requires a friendly customer service advisor to join their team. Telecoms experience is preferred but not essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for aiding customer retention by efficient and effective customer service, ideally ensuring a first time fix where possible. You would also be responsible for maximising the profitability of accounts through up-selling suitable products to the existing customer base, which will be targeted and commissioned.
Working 37.5 hours over 5 days, (Monday to Friday), hours are flexible between 9am and 6pm. The is an excellent benefits package including pension, bonus, loyalty scheme and healthcare.
