Growing telecoms PLC in the Wilmslow area are currently looking to add a skilled Business Customer Retentions Executive to their friendly team.
Ideally with specific retentions experience, you will be responsible for retaining existing customers who have requested to cancel their services, using a number of sales tools and bespoke tariff packages. There is a commission structure in place which can help increase the salary. Telecoms experience would be advantageous.
