Growing Business Telecoms specialist based in Wilmslow is currently seeking a skilled Retentions advisor to join their friendly team.
Preferable with a background within the telecoms market, the successful candidate will involve retaining existing customers who have requested to cancel their services, using a number of sales tools and bespoke tariff packages. Experience within a specific retentions role is desireable.
Hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
This role will pay an excellent basic salary along with the potential to earn a lot more in commission, along with bonus, benefits and local parking.
