Telesales Executives x 3 based in Salford Quays, Manchester

£16500 OTE £25-30k+ uncapped;

Job Role:

You will actively work to provide a comprehensive service to all customers,
increasing the sales and profit of the accounts through working on campaigns
to outbound call to existing customers, in order to generate maximum sales
revenue in line with the sales strategy.

Main responsibilities:

Consistent achievement of sales KPI's as outlined by the Sales Manager,
ensuring all individual targets and objectives set are met;
Actively try to increase the sales revenue across all campaigns;
Ensure all customer queries (sales or otherwise) are responded to within 24
hours;
Work with the team to achieve the team and business goals;
Take incoming calls when required
Ensure you maintain a high level of product knowledge and attend any sales
training as required;
To proactively contribute to the success of the team;
Follow all current company policies, procedures and sales processes;
Attend and participate in all company sales activities and meetings;
Provide training support for other team members as required;
Any other duties as instructed by the line manager within the parameters of
the role;

Essential Experience:
Previous experience within a sales environment;
Proven track record in hitting sales targets;
B2B sales experience;
