Full Description:
Our client is a rapidly-growing organisation with a multi £million turnover. Responsible for generating lead opportunities for the Company's external representatives to our clients Services to both private and public sector markets.
Responsibilities:
• Making good quality, well qualified appointments for the external sales team.
• Sourcing own leads from the internal database and cold calling.
• Researching organisations
• Assist with closing of deals and account management
Essential Skills:
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to cold call and source own leads.
• Tenacity
• Ability to qualify appointments
• Ability to cross sells within business unit.
• Ability to identify new markets and opportunities.
Type of experience required:
• Direct cold-calling experience.
• Business-to-business sales experience, prefer candidates who have experience in selling concepts eg Insurance, protection, BUPA etc, not tangible goods.
• Basic IT literacy – Microsoft Suite.
• Lead sourcing skills.
• Closing skills.
Experience:
Cold calling experience, direct sales experience welcome, does not have to have experience of booking appointments.
