    This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading leisure-based service organisation with a large operation in the centre of Manchester

    You will hold a high profile within the organisation and fill a pivotal role in the HR department, responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service to all departments and for ensuring that best practice is followed throughout the company.


    Responsibilities:
    Provide an efficient and professional HR service to the contact centre,
    Provide accurate and consistent advice and guidance to line managers in relation to employee relations issues.
    Coach supervisors and managers to ensure the disciplinary process is followed, that evidence is collated, that accurate notes are made and that appropriate action is taken.
    Build relationships with line managers within the business in order to swiftly grasp key business and management issues
    Provide comprehensive advice and guidance on policies, process and legislative issues
    Play a key role in the effective implementation of change and be expected to identify opportunities to add value to the business.
    Work with the HR Manager to formulate and deliver HR strategy and change management process and deputise for the HR Manager when required.
    Provide assistance to the management team in coaching and mentoring of teams
    Update and maintain electronic personal records using the Company HR and Payroll system and extract relevant information and reports.
    Work with Learning & Development to identify training needs and in house training courses supporting development needs and business objectives.
    Ensure the Company attracts and retains talent at all levels of the organisation.
    Develop processes to reduce turnover and absenteeism in the Manchester office.
    Any ad hoc project work as directed by the HR Manager.

    Excellent time management skills and a high level of accuracy.
    Displays ability to learn, change, and innovate.
    Seeks to understand the business environment in which we operate and stays abreast of issues and events that have an impact on the business and industry.
    Maximises the use of available resources and plan for future needs.
    A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
    CIPD qualification
