Our Client is looking for customer service advisors to join their Preston team. The role includes answering inbound calls, determining the nature of the calls, deciding upon the best course of action and fulfilling this to the customer’s satisfaction. This target driven environment would be well suited to applicants with strong communication skills and motivation to offer excellent service levels.
