Our client a well known organisation have an exciting opportunity available to be part of a new team within their Customer Relations Department dealing with customers correspondence.
Your key responsibilities will be:
·You will need to ensure that customer's issues are fully addressed, ideally providing a resolution first time, every time.
·You will take inbound calls, dealing with each customer in an individually tailored way to ensure that their expectations are exceeded on every call.
·In addition to phone calls, you will also be required to be involved with the other ways our customers contact us, either by letter, email or via the web. In order to deal with both of these tasks, you will possess a commitment to customers that matches our own, and the intellectual ability to get right to the heart of the matter.
A proven customer service background would be a huge asset, and you must be able to solve problems creatively and demonstrate impressive attention to detail to keep our customers happy. In return, you will receive an intensive induction, ongoing training and great prospects.
Salary: £14067 + £3K
Hours: Rota between 8am – 10pm Mon – Sun
