A South Liverpool manufacturing organisation are looking for a Senior Finance Assistant to join their team and work closely with the Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive role for a company who are dedicated to people development.
On a day to day basis the successful candidate will work in a variety of general accounting areas ranging from the sales and purchase ledger, supporting the payroll team during peak periods, assisting the senior credit controller in working with key clients and other ad hoc duties. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with the Senior accountants on a variety of projects such a forecasting, business analysis, budgeting, management accounts reporting and Month/Year end procedures.
A proven track record in a varied accounts role is essential and ideally, candidates will be either working towards their AAT or already have this qualification and will be looking for the next step in their career.
