We are looking for team leaders to work at a large, household name contact centre based in Widnes, Merseyside. Suitable candidates should have experience of managing a team in a contact centre environment previously, and should be able to demonstrate how they have motivated a team, improved results, achieved KPI's and performed 1 to 1s with team members.
The client is looking for candidates who have drive and motivation to exceed, and who want to exceed targets.
Starting salary for the position is £19,046 with benefits including company discount, free onsite parking, access to training courses and a subsidised canteen.
You will be required to work 35 hours, 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday between the hours of 9 am - 10 pm.
