Our client a leading training organisation is recruiting for the above position, 37hrs per week, salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. Min level 3 FENTO in Numeracy.
Purpose: to be responsible for all aspects of managing the learners' learning experience.
Responsibilities: Handle follow up enquiries from learners and provide appropriate information, advice, guidance inculding initial assessment. Manage engagement processes including learner outcomes and online tutor notes, production, storage of relevant documentation for audit purposes. assist in the preparation of data for examination by external bodies e.g. UFi, Auditors and Ofsted.
Qualifications: a teaching/training qualification or working towards.
IT literate to a minimum level 2 standard. min level 2 English and maths qual GCSE or equip.
Experience: working in a learner support role, working with learndirect systems. quality and audit systems and processes. working in an e-learning environment, classroom experience.
Skills: Excellent communication verbal and written, ability to implement and promote equal opportunities, a commitment to continuous quality improvement, flexibility, motivated, a team player.
The role is based Liverpool however some travel may be required in Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancs and Manchester so a full clean driving licence would be a distinct advantage.
