An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented trilingual administrator who is fluent in Greek, Italian and English to work for an international company in Liverpool.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Solving queries or problems from within the organisation and also contacts within Europe in relation to the help desk
Technical assistance to solve technical issues
Updating data bases
Customer service
Preparation of invoices
Collect outstanding payments
Consulting with other departments eg marketing
Translation of documents to and from English
The ideal candidate will possess a great standard of administration skills, fantastic knowledge of Greek, Italian and English, ability to work within a busy and hectic environment. They must also be PC literate in particular with knowledge of windows packages.
This role requires the candidate to have the flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of the business and the willingness to learn new skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person.
