Manager required to work withiin a legal environment. The role will include: staff training / recruitment / monitoring / authorising holidays and appraisals. reporting to directors at approximately two monthly meetings and holding departmental meetings when necessary. Establishing new systems as the firm expands and streamlining existing systems. Marketing, networking and expanding database of medical experts / MRI scanning / physio and CBT.
Developing and implementing new ideas to increase the firm's revenue and new sources of work. Keeping up to date with case law on the recoverability of medical agency fees and liaising with fee earners and cost companies when necessary.
This role is a full time position and will require some flexibility over hours, as it is envisaged most networking and meeting with new experts will be done offsite and possibly incur some unsociable hours.
