An established Housing Group are looking to recruit a Neighbourhood Advisor into its team based in Oldham.
Duties will include:
Carrying out interviews to identify applicants needs and support needs
Carrying out accompanied viewings as requested
Signing up tenants and advising on their rights and responsibilities
General administration duties including handling customer queries and managing document maintenance
You must have previous experience of the above duties as well as excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work under pressure.
This role is a part-time job share role and there may be occasions you will need to work evening and weekend shifts from time to time.
