Basic to £23,000 +commission
Our Client
Is a specialist adult employment and skills business operating in the government welfare to work sector. Part of a large group they have built their business on delivering excellence in learning and skills, ensuring people can pursue their chosen career and employers get the skills they need.
The Role
Identify and secure employment and work experience opportunities to match the requirements of candidates.
Managing a caseload of candidates
Establish and maintain effective relationships with employers, employer forums and other groups.
Undertake pre-placement Health and Safety checks
Provide in-work support to employers
Maintain up to date working knowledge of benefit systems and entitlements
Promote and represent our client to employers and suppliers at relevant events ie conferences
The successful candidate will have;
Previous experience within employment, training or recruitment industry
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work to targets and deadlines
Strong communication skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Excellent local market knowledge
Good IT skills
Car driver
