Venn Group have been approached by a business services orgainisation to recruit for the vacancy of a purchase ledger clerk. This is a temporary assignment with a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent
General tasks include:
• High volume matching, batching and coding of invoices
• Responsible for statement reconciliations
• Handling supplier account queries
• Data entry using excel spreadsheets
• Various accounts administration duties as designated by line manager
The candidate will be expected to have previous purchase ledger experience, a sound knowledge of Excel, and be available immediately.
