Customer Service Advisor
We are currently recruiting an experienced Customer Service Advisor for our Wirral based client, a leading distributor and supplier to the leisure industry.
Duties will include:
§Dealing with calls from existing and new clients
§Placing phone orders
§Dealing with clients enquiries
§Monitoring client orders
The ideal candidate will have good IT skills, good communication skills and a professional phone manner.
Hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week. Candidates must be available between 8am - 8pm Monday to Sunday and will be required to work 1 weekend out of 4.
In return my client are offering a competitive salary of £12,714 plus shift allowance.
