Our client, a personal finance company based in the Chorley area is seeking an experienced Client Liaison Officer
The position will involve responsibility caseloads under debt management, setting up new files for customers on the internal computer system, managing caseloads and liasing with the creditors and debtors
Among the duties required will be:
·Act as liaison between clients and creditors
·Take responsibility for the management of clients debts
·Monitor every step of the set up process, especially ensuring that all balances are up to date, the proposals are in place and we are dealing with the right party
·Reviewing cases on a daily basis
·Ensuring that quality standards for accuracy and timeliness are met in all cases
·Dealing with ad hoc correspondence and telephone queries
·Provide specialist advice to clients on all aspects of personal dept management
·Conduct regular case reviews using information provided by client to confirm the solution provided is still the best advice for the them
·Focus on meeting objectives
·Act as first point contact for client queries and issues
Salary £14K & ex bens incl. free parking, canteen and many more
Hours of work between 37.5 p.w. between 8am - 7pm Monday with 1 in 3 Saturdays between 9-6
