Spring Personnel are currently looking to recruit a number of Customer Service team members for one of their clients based in the City Centre and South Manchester.
The purpose of the role is to undertake and supervise certain aspects of the day to day running of a property or properties in line with our Customer Service Standards and Health and Safety obligations. Experience within these areas are key.
·Meeting, greeting and signing in all visitors
·Dealing with all enquiries and problems that a customer or visitor may have
·Managing a car park i.e. monitoring the barrier, directing cars and deliveries, booking visitor spaces, dealing with parking issues
·Managing contractors i.e. signing them, issuing site rules, ensuring Health and Safety regulations are adhered to
·Completing reports and documentation (where applicable)
·Site checks and inspections
·Replenishing communal toilet facilities
·Maintaining standards of cleanliness throughout communal areas
·Monitoring performance of contactors and cleaning staff
·Working at height (e.g. changing light bulbs, clearing guttering) and some lifting may be required
·Occasional gardening duties
·Other general maintenance work as requested by the Customer Service Manager
·Opening and locking up of specified buildings
·To safeguard any keys to the property
·Monitoring of CCTV and managing any issues arising
·To fully respond to any emergency situations (e.g. evacuation, alarm activations, accidents) that may arise and be part of the property call out team.
·To be familiar with and ensure the Employer’s obligation for Health & Safety are always met in conjunction with set Health and Safety policy.
Hours and Package
·Full time Hours: 42.5 hours Monday to Sunday based on a rota between the hours of 0600 and 2030, plus 1 hour unpaid lunch break. Shifts are advised fortnightly.
·Location – City Centre & South Manchester.
·Salary: £13,658 per annum starting salary
