Outbound Sales and Marketing Co-Ordinator required to support an outbound sales strategy. This position is mainly Telesales. Own transport essential.
You will be required to contact new and existing customers, work closely with our sales manager in developing new business, generating leads and opportunities, maintaining contact with some key accounts. You will assist in product launches via mail shots and telephone campaigns, provide regular analysis on competition.
You must be happy to provide cover to our inbound sales team during absences and holidays, this would include sales order processing administration, dealing with customer enquiries.
Telesales experience is a must and you must have at least 2 years experience within a target driven environment. You must have been involved in marketing campaigns and understand the basic marketing principles. You must have previous experience in producing reports using excel for management reviews. Reporting ideally should have been conducted on competitor analysis or similar.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in MS Office standard packages with excel intermediate to expert level, experience of CRM database is essential with preferably ACT. You must be highly motivated with the ability to work individually or as a team.
