JOB PURPOSE:
Help generate new business for consultants by sourcing potential new clients and candidates
Maintain existing business by ensuring all administrative systems and database records.
General back up work for consultants
To learn all aspects of the recruitment process over a 6 - 12 month period including resourcing, administration, headhunting and securing successful placements.
ACCOUNTABILITIES / ACTIVITIES
Type CV's
Send interview confirmations (candidates and customers) all correspondence
Answer telephone enquiries involving liasing with all levels of customers / candidates
Give valuable support to consultants
Greet visitors
Research companies and secure qualified companies for database consultants
Maintain and update all computerised systems, recording full details
Plan workloads to ensure effective use of time
Become familiar with the technical aspects of the industry
Keep up to date with current events and news within the industry by reading industry magazines
Act as a point of contact for candidates and clients as and when required
Liase with the Marketing Division to assist in advertising campaigns
