We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a highly polished, corporate PA to work within a prestigious financial organisation in Liverpool.
Working closely alongside the director, you will be responsible for a range of duties, which may change depending upon business needs. Core duties will include:
- Extensive diary management, booking travel, meetings and accommodation
- Preparing powerpoint presentations for board meetings
- Typing letters, documents and other client correspondence
- Reporting financials and figures using excel
- Meeting and greeting clients, dealing with queries and telephone calls
- Managing data, ensuring 100% accuracy
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office, completing various administrative tasks
The successful candidate must possess Intermediate MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, excellent organisation skills and the ability to work on their own initiative.
You will be dealing with their highest calibre clients and therefore you must be immaculately presented, well spoken and able to communicate intelligently, at all levels. Experience in working within the professional service sector is crucial, as is your ability to present yourself professionally at interview.
